Espresso Mint Spa Pedicure

After a so-so home massage last night, i felt it's time to give my nails a treat. And so, after dropping by the office, i went straight ahead to a newly opened nail salon in the area - which was actually referred by Ms Spaholic (a spa consultant).

Ms Spaholic told us about this when me my friend met up with her to see what she can offer, since were planning to put up a nail spa also. She said it would be best if we visit the place so we could see and test her products. She, by the way offers her consultancy for free when you get products from her (isnt that a great deal?)

After a couple of turns in the area (because theres no parking space available), i finally got into my toes and approached the guard of the nearby establishment to allow me to park for an hour or two, and the kind guard approved! (thanks sir!)

At first, i was hesitant to come in because i was not sure that i would want to be held by a newly opened salon, you know the thought of me being a guinea pig. But then the wanting-to-try-the-products-of-ms.spaholic got the better part of me. So i went in and sat on their comfy couch and started choosing the service i would want to have.

After a few more minutes of discussing with the receptionist, i finally made up my mind on having the Espresso Mint Spa Pedicure - for soothing tired muscles - exactly what i want. The therapist then started scrubbing, buffing, putting on warm wrap, massaging and all the works. I can say its the same usual routine as that of any other nail salon. But i can attest that the products used really made the difference, you could really feel the mint penetrating into your muscles giving it a relaxing feel. And what i love the most was the foot oil they sprayed on after the procedure, the espresso scent has really a calming effect and has brought a radiant glow to my legs and feet.

After all the turns i made to have a good spot for parking, after all the hesitations i had at their doorstep and after writting about this whole experience --- i think, im gonna come back for more!
